manju

It has been about 100 years since my great-grandfather, who ran a small grocery store with his wife in the early Showa era, began making usukawa manju.
Usukawa manju, which has been made for four generations, is a specialty of our shop that has been loved for a long time in the local Hongu town.
Currently, both the 4th and 3rd generations are making sweet bean paste and making manju.
